In the event something goes wrong, here is our return policy:
We accept returns only if a wrong product has been shipped to you.
You can email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the wrong product.
We will review your return request. Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pick up at a time mutually agreed upon with you.
Refund or Replacement:
Refund or Replacement: We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition! We need you to share pictures with us so we can understand what went wrong to process your refund or replacement request. Please note – we will not be able to refund or replace any orders without any pictures!
After receiving the item we will go through the necessary quality checks.
We will initiate the refund after once the return is inspected.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 to 10 business days.
